Meet Nate King

Get to know Nate King, a handmade tobacco pipe artisan with 18 years of experience.

About Nate.

Born in Albuquerque, Nate began smoking pipes in 2002, having borrowed one from a close friend. The activity piqued his interest, so he visited a local smoke shop and purchased a kit of his own. This hobby progressed into collecting antique pipes from local shops and the Internet and performing restoration work on them.

As he continued to grow his skillset, it naturally led to Nate attempting to craft his own pipe using a pre-made kit. Nate’s fundamental focuses in pipe design include precision, efficiency, sleek design, and timelessness.
